It has been quite some time since Hallie has been in the pool, so when we finally got some sun this week here in Big D, I decided to hightail it over to my parent’s house to take Hallie swimming.

First of all, you know you truly love your child when you expend all of your energy blowing up a giant puppy pool for them, Just sayin…

| She of course refused to get in the puppy pool, but enjoyed playing on the step with momma
Finally after a break and a nap and with some encouragement from cousin Matthew, the Puppy Pool was a hit!       |
After swimming, the whole family went outside and shared a nice meal. It was so great to spend some time together!

Oh my goodness that cover up, that suit!!! She couldn't possibly be any sweeter. Looks like a blast!
Blowing up those things are a PAIN! But the look on her face and seeing her in that adorable suit was worth it I am sure!

Loooove the window pics! So cute. So a big pool like that floats with a kid in it? I guess I've seen the vids of the dog that climbs into a little pool and floats around. They weight more than a kid. I just thought it would sink and fold up! So fun.
I love that she wears a bow with her swimsuit! And that doggy pool is perfect – I never would have thought about using it in a big pool for her to 'swim' in. So much room for toys.
